RURAL ACCESS AND AGRICULTURAL MARKETING PROJECT

The Chairman Akinyele East Local Council Development Area Ikereku in person of Hon. (Bldr.) Ayobami Akinpade, Leader of Akinyele Local Government and Chairman Local Government Service Commission; Hon. Oluokun Akintola, The Baale, Baale, His Royal Highness Onikereku of Ikeruku and the beneficiary of the Communities hereby Appreciates His Excellency Senator, Isaika Abiola Ajimobi for the Approval of Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project for effective development and infrastructural in Akinyele East Local Council Development Area.

Akinyele East Local Council Development Area, Ikereku held it's first Stakeholders' Meeting on the Human, Capital and Infrastructural Development on 25th, January, 2018.

 This was in a bid to help in modernizing the need for rural development, necessary awareness, and improving the needed moralities for the peoples of Akinyele East Local Council Development Area. In the heart of appreciation the Chairman Akinyele East Local Council Development Area, Ikereku, Bldr. Ayobami Akinpade thanked all stakeholders, workers and the entire people of Akinyele East for the support given all this while within the administration.

It was a great event in Akinyele Award Hall yesterday 18th of January, 2018, when the National Union of Local Government Employee (NULGE) had there end of the year party and in recognition of some outstanding members in the year 2017.

Award of recognition and outstanding was presented to the three Chairmen from Akinyele; Bldr. (Hon) Ayobami Akinpade, Hon. Akinniyi Fadoyin, Hon. Olumide Alli and other members of workers from Akinyele. Below are some Picture taken from the event........

To God be the Glory for the progress of work, success and achievement of the administration of Hon. (Bldr.) Ayobami Akinpade as the Caretaker Chairman of Akinyele Local Council Development Area, Ikereku. The Oyo State Governor, Sen. Abiola Ajimobi as directed the appointment of the Caretaker Committee Members of Akinyele East Local Council Development Area for the progress of Local Government jurisdiction, the members are Hon. Felicia Olubukola Osunbumi (Secretary), and other members are Mr. Muideen Adisa Tiamuyu, Mr. Oluyeye Akinbola Fadairo, Mr. Michael Babajide Ajala, Mr. Akeem Ogunsina Kareem, Mr. Saheed Olaide Akinrinde and Pastor Michael Kehinde Alakunle. Some dignitaries present at the occasion were the Onikereku of Ikereku Land, Oniroko of Irokoland, also in attendance was Hon. Joshua Oyebamiji (A.K.A. Atiku) Honorable Member of the House of Assemble, Representing Akinyele Constituency 1. Likewise in attendance where some parties leaders such as Hon. Lateef Akanji, Hon. REVIEW OF HON AYO AKINPADE SINCE THE INCEPTION OF THIS ADMINISTRATION

To God be the Glory for HIS grace and opportunity given to HON AYOBAMI AKINPADE JOSEPH to be among the inaugurated 55 Caretaker Chairman in Oyo State. Gov. Abiola Ajimobi of Oyo State sworn-in new caretaker chairmen for 28 local governments and 27 local council development areas (LOCAL COUNCIL DEVELOPMENT AREA) on the 7th of April, 2017 and this day has been the 6th Month for the official inauguration. HON AYOBAMI AKINPADE JOSEPH was sworn-in has the Caretaker Chairman of AKINYELE EAST (LOCAL COUNCIL DEVELOPMENT AREA) for the development of the Area and since then their has been enough implementation and changes in the education sectors, security, infrastructural facilities, agricultural mechanism and workers welfare e.t.c. All these are the review which will be recapped in this news bulletin.

HON. AYOBAMI AKINPADE ON A COURTESY VISIT TO IITA

The Management of Akinyele East Local Council Development Area visited the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA). 

"The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) is a non-profit institution that generates agricultural innovations to meet Africa’s most pressing challenges of hunger, malnutrition, poverty, and natural resource degradation. Working with various partners across sub-Saharan Africa, we improve livelihoods, enhance food and nutrition security, increase employment, and preserve natural resource integrity." 

The Chairman of Akinyele East LCDA Hon. Ayobami Akinpade with members of the Management of Akinyele East was received by The Director General of West Africa Dr. Robert Asiedu.

Hon Ayobami Akinpade congratulated the IITA management board for attaining 50 years of their operation this year and thank them for their plea in restructure the agricultural sector, research development and the advancement they have achieved during this period of time in West African and particularly in Ibadan. Hon. Ayo Akinpade requested for active development of Akinyele East in its Agricultural sector ; likewise empowering the youth in its modern agricultural initiative that is been used to help in alleviating and helping the farmers to actively achieve and gain more from the farming sector. 

OFFICIAL OPENING OF THE EROTIKO MULTI-PURPOSE PARK IN IROKO AKINYELE EAST LCDA

Akinyele East Hosted the Olubadan of Ibadan Land; His Imperial Majesty Oba Saliu Akanmu Adetunji (Aje Ogunguniso I) today to Iroko for the opening ceremony of New Motor Park called "EROTIKO MULTI PURPOSE PARK", in Akinyele East Local Council Development Area. The Chairman of Akinyele East Local Council Development Area Hon. Ayobami Akinpade was represented by the Council Manager in the occasion. Other dignities including the Commissioner for Works and Transport in Oyo State Hon Alhaji Wasiu Azuzu, represented Governor Abiola Ajimobi in the opening ceremony of the Erotiko Multi Purpose Park which was collaborated with Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN).  Below are some pictures taken in the event.....
